Nicu Aleman has over ten years of experience in companies such as Orange, Oracle and Microsoft where he worked as a People Manager, Partner Account Manager and Business Development. His business experience was gained both in Romania and in Europe. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Romanian Association of Debate and Rhetoric (ARDOR). More, Mr. Aleman is a certified business and soft skills trainer for more than five years. He is extremely interested in Business Etiquette and young Romanian managers’ continuous learning.
