Silvia Sirb will participate at TEDxEroilor

Silvia Sirb, currently the CEO of AEGON Romania, has an education in economy, and has developed her professional experience over 18th years in finance.
After 9 years in the banking sector, opening ING Bank Branch in Cluj, which she managed and developed for 9 years, she decided to move further to a highier challenge.
Thus, she starts with AEGON 4 years ago, as a country responsible for settling from scratch and developing the group business lines here. Today, AEGON has a consistent and growing business in Mandatory Private Pension system known as Pillar II and in Life Insurance. Silvia believes that one has to have the right attitude, curiosity and passion in everything is doing.
